Delivery coverage
We arrange delivery across Kenya and Tanzania. Available courier methods depend on the destination, package size, delivery urgency and collection options.
Production and dispatch timing
- Plain stock wristbands: typically 1–3 business days, subject to stock.
- Branded Tyvek wristbands: typically 2–4 business days after artwork approval.
- Custom silicone and fabric wristbands: typically 7–14 business days after artwork approval.
These are working estimates. The confirmed production and dispatch date is stated in your WhatsApp quotation.
Delivery charges
Delivery is quoted separately unless the written quotation states that it is included. The charge depends on the town, courier and order size.
Customer responsibility
Provide the correct recipient name, phone number, town and collection point. Check the package promptly and report visible damage or missing items as soon as possible.
