What is the minimum order?
The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces for every wristband product. You can combine colours only where the quotation confirms that mixed colours are available.
How do I place an order?
Choose a product, select Request a Quote, enter your quantity, colour, delivery town and deadline, then continue on WhatsApp. We confirm the final price and delivery date before production.
How do I send my logo or artwork?
After opening the WhatsApp conversation, attach your logo, wording or print-ready artwork. PDF, SVG, AI and high-resolution PNG files are preferred. We check the artwork before printing.
Will I approve the design before printing?
Yes. For branded orders, production starts only after the artwork layout has been confirmed through WhatsApp.
How quickly can you deliver?
Plain stock items are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Branded Tyvek orders typically require 2–4 business days after artwork approval. Custom silicone and fabric production usually requires 7–14 business days. Final timing is confirmed with your quote.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi or Dar es Salaam?
Yes. We arrange delivery across Kenya and Tanzania. Delivery time and cost depend on the destination, package size and courier selected.
Are Tyvek wristbands waterproof?
They are water-resistant, tear-resistant and suitable for pools, outdoor events and normal one-day wear. They are designed for single use.
Can each access group use a different colour?
Yes. Colour coding is ideal for VIP, regular, crew, artist, day access, food, drinks and restricted areas.
Can I pay through the website?
No. The website is a catalogue and quotation platform. Payment instructions are shared only after the order details, artwork and delivery arrangements are confirmed directly with Wristbands Empire.
Can I request samples?
Sample availability depends on product type and stock. Send a WhatsApp request stating the product and destination.
